EA Sims Kits, Illustration System Roles: Art Direction In 2021 Buck partnered with one of the most beloved game franchises of all time to develop an Illustration System for their Kits™ dlc. As a longtime fan of The Sims™ I jumped at the opportunity to lead the Art Direct the system. Our goal was to create a scaleable 2D Animation and Illustration system that not only didn’t feel like a break from the iconic IP but felt squarely within the world of The Sims™.
